Salmon Tigers entered the London Youth Games tournament for the third time this year after bringing home the cup in the first tournament and then struggled to get into the semi-finals in the second tournament, the coaches and players knew to make their mark this time around they had to do the impossible once again.

As the day went on, Salmon Tigers breezed through the group stages winning every game with 5 or more goals. Going through to the semi-finals playing against Peabody they matched us physically and technically. By halftime, the game changed as the Tigers played to their strengths and were almost untouchable. Winning the semi-finals 6-3, Salmon were through to the final and one-step away from lifting the trophy once again.

In the final against Arsenal Community Team, the boys struggled in the first half coming off losing 3-1, after having a passionate team talk the boys went back on and absolutely changed the game ending 7-4.

Congratulations to the U14 Salmon Tigers team!
